Contest (Auction) for the Authorization of the Radio Frequency Spectrum for the Establishment and Operation of Digital Terrestrial Television Network for the Provision of Electronic Communications Services in Cyprus
In view of the fact that no application has been submitted for participation in the abovementioned contest within the deadline, pursuant to Regulation 25(7)(α) of the Radio Communications (Contest and Negotiation Procedures) Regulations of 2002, as amended, the Director of the Department Electronic Communications of the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy has decided to cancel the competition.
