NOTIFICATION Number: THE 7/2024
The Director of the Department of Electronic Communications, of the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, would like to invite the submission of applications to the contest (auction) for granting the right to use radio frequency spectrum for the establishment and operation of a commercial digital terrestrial television network for the provision of electronic communications services.
Through this contest one (1) Radiocommunications Authorization will be offered to the market for the establishment and operation of a commercial terrestrial digital television network for the provision of electronic communications services.

The contest documents set out the general framework for conducting of the auction process, the criteria that must be satisfied by the interested entity so as to be entitled to apply (eligibility criteria), the criteria that must be met by applicants (selection criteria) so as to become qualified bidders entitled to participate in the auction, the post auction requirements, the policy and regulation framework and the conditions governing the Radiocommunications Authorization.
The deadline for submission of applications is on the 7th of November 2024, at 11:00 am.
