Decision on Renewal of Individual Rights of Use of Radio Spectrum
The Director of the Department of Electronic Communications of the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, in accordance with article 19Γ of the Radiocommunication Laws of 2002 until 2022, announces his decision to renew the individual rights of use of the radio spectrum (in the 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2100MHz bands) held by Cyta, Epic ltd and Primetel Plc until the 21 June 2029, as well as the individual rights of use of the radio spectrum (in the 800MHz, 2600MHz bands) held by Cyta and Epic ltd until 21 June 2029.
