Public Consultation for the Amendment of the Radiocommunications (Radio Frequency Categories Subject to General Authorization and Registration) Decree of 2010 to 2020 and issuance of a new General Authorization

The Director of the Department of Electronic Communications, in the context of the adoption of the Executive Decision of the European Commission of 17 June 2021, on the harmonized use of radio spectrum in the frequency band of 5945-6425 MHz for the implementation of wireless access systems including LAN / 2021/1067 / EU) announces that he intends to amend the Radiocommunications (Radio Frequency Categories Subject to General Authorization and Registration) Decree of 2010 to 2020.
In addition, the Director of the Electronic Communications Department, within the above context, announces that he intends to issue the following new General Authorization:

General Authorization for the use of radio frequencies from Broadband Data Transmission Systems and from Wireless Local Area Networks and Wireless Access Systems, including local radio networks (WAS / RLAN) to replace the existing (IAA) 231/20.
